Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the JS FlowForge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

JS FlowForge provides website development, admin dashboard systems, automation workflows, and related digital services for small service businesses. Services are scoped and delivered according to the package or proposal agreed upon with each client.

3. Enquiries & Onboarding

Submitting a form or booking a demo does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All projects are subject to review, scoping, and mutual agreement before work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing for our packages (Starter, Growth, Pro) is indicative and may vary based on project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. Payment terms will be outlined in individual client agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of JS FlowForge unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their custom-built website and system assets as outlined in their project agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Supply required content and assets in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Respect agreed project timelines and milestones

7. Limitation of Liability

JS FlowForge provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as lead volumes, revenue increases, or response rates. Results referenced on our website (including case studies) are illustrative and may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS FlowForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in individual client agreements. Generally, work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable. We will always aim to resolve concerns before any cancellation.

9. Third-Party Services

Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, email providers, calendar tools). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or policies of third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
